MATRITECH – A METAL PARTS MANUFACTURER
After establishing its ideal vision in 2019, Matritech launched a machine connectivity project to boost operational efficiency, reduce costs, and stay competitive.
The challenge for the SYNKRO team was threefold :
- Make machine operating data available in real time
- Compare operating data with historical data in the ERP system
- Present the data in the form of performance indicators and dedicated dashboards according to the user’s role
Measuring efficiency in real time to quickly pinpoint production issues
To help Matritech reach its objectives, the SYNKRO team :
- Analyzed the company’s machinery and production processes
- Implemented the SYNKRO platform
The SYNKRO platform made it possible to :
- Interconnect factory equipment with the Epicor ERP system
- Create three types of real-time performance indicators adapted for each type of machine in the Matritech plant
